EXCHANGES
We will only replace initially faulty or damaged items. If you need to make an exchange, please send us an email to marinadechouchous@hotmail.com with a short explanation and a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the situation and if applicable, we will be happy to make an exchange. Please note that if the original model you purchased is no longer in stock, you will be able to choose another one of the same value.
If an item breaks after normal use and within the first 2 weeks of purchase, write to us and we will assess what we can do to compensate you. We understand that despite our thorough verification process and our desire to offer you products of exemplary quality, we are human and we are not immune to error. We would be happy to discuss any issues in order to find a solution.
