Refund policy

REFUND
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and refunds.

EXCHANGE
We only replace items initially defective or damaged*. If you need to make an exchange, email us at info@marinadechouchous.com with a short explanation and a photo of the damaged product. After verification, we will be happy to make an exchange. Note that if the model initially purchased is no longer in stock, you can choose another of the same value.

*If an item breaks after normal use and within the first 2 weeks of purchase, write to us and we will assess what we can do to compensate you. We understand that despite our checks and our desire to offer you products of exemplary quality, we are human and we are not immune to error. We will be happy to discuss this with you in order to find a solution.
